Eddy Im going to take the liberty of posting my review of your barleywine...
Popped the cap and had a nice Psssst to it. Allot of nice carbonation. Had about two inches of head that quickly settled to about an 1/8 inch head which stayed around till the last drink.
Beer poured light copper with orange tint. Still cloudy, but good color.
Aroma was malty and yeasty with a toffee under tone.
First sip was more to the bitter side. Beer was very cold still at this time. Beer did have a good malt backbone.
After two or three more sips it started to warm and the bitter and malt balanced nicely. Allot of caramel and toffee flavor.
By the time I was done I wished I had let it warm for about 20 minutes before I took the first drink. Very good beer Eddy! I think in about 6 months Im gonna try the second one and enjoy. Props to you for a good product.:)
