One step residue

Last weekend I was bottling and noticed a white residue left on my bottles following sanitizing with one step no rinse cleanser. I have bottled multiple batches prior to this but have not noticed (or payed attention) to this in the past. I use 1 tablespoon/gallon of H2O as directed. Is this the experience everyone that uses one step has?

I've had that happen on the outside of my bottles when I splashed a little too much. As far as I can tell it's not going to hurt your beer inside or out.
