in the distant past, 3-4 years ago, I have had very good experiences with BRew City Supplies...
they used to be mail order BEFORE the internet was around... seems like a life time ago. They are in Milwaukee, or just outside of it, and their prices seem reasonable to me.
i've had good success with www.stpats.com.

The kits from StPats look to be absolute top notch, plus they allow you the option of faster shipping if you're in a hurry.
I look for kit's that aren't assembled in "off the shelf" sized ingredient packs, that tells me that they take the time to assemble your recipe as it should be.
St Pats, haven't tried yet, but it's on the list.
www.annapolishomebrew.com has great kits with top notch ingredients. Ordered three from them.
www.northernbrewer.com kits look like they took someone elses kit and repackaged it. But it looked pretty good. I have only ordered one from them so far.
