brew house beer kits

....just wondering if any of you have tried these kits? here is the web page

the only thing that seems odd is that the instructions for the kit suggests to ferment the beer in a 32Litre food grade container with a LOOSE fiitting lid that sits on top, rather than a pale with an air tight lid and airlock.

That's quite a site and an interesting approach to kits....I wish I had the nerve, and equipment, to step up to grain brewing...I feel like I may be missing out on some real good beer.

I get the feeling that they are simply going for a more "old style", or traditional approach to brewing. Since I don't see any warnings of any kind saying that you "can't" brew the regular way. I don't think it would be a problem.

I"ve tryed just about every kind of their beer . My personal favorite would have to be the dark munich lager . I would recomend this beer to anybody.
