My neighbor has a chest freezer that he no longer wants. It is about 13 cubic feet. It is an older model but he plugged in in and it still cools fine. They got a new because the hinges broke and it would cost as much as a new one. So he has put barn door hinges in there place. He says it seals good. I think it would be perfect to add a collar with taps to it.
He offered it to me but I just bought one. So I asked him if he would like for me to ask around, if anyone would like it. It is free for the taking.
