Whole Foods has O4/04/04

Just got this email from Jim Dorsch:

Hi Everyone, Please forgive me for being so remiss! I hope to return to
my usual 'almost weekly' schedule.

New in stock: Stone Vertical Epic '04, Hofbrau Maibock and Original,
Allagash 4. Also, I have a small quantity of Rodenbach, which is driving
me crazy, as it doesn't scan. So, you'll have to ask me to get it out of
the backroom. And we have some fun stuff from Avery, such as Czar
imperial stout.

This Saturday from 2-6 pm we'll taste Singha from Thailand, and Chef
Mark will be on hand with samples of Tommy Tang's beer battered shrimp
with mango salad, while supplies last. Yum!

Next week we'll taste Otter Creek beers on Friday from 4-7 pm.

LOL! Nope, just the Vienna Virginia location although I'm sure some of the other Whole foods near me will have some. I have one just down the street from my office and since it is a very nice day out (albiet polleny) and Friday to boot I think I'm gonna cut out a few hours early today get the car washed , stop by whole foods........

They have a boatload at the Arlington branch - in fact they have a promotion on Stones beers this week - time to stock up on Arrogant Bastard.
I had some 04/04 last night. Good stuff, pours a thin cloudy gold. very citrussy, hints of lemon with a familiar belgian banana clove taste. pretty potent at 8.5%.
