Hey all,
I notice there are a ton of over seas Crown cap manufactures, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any in the states. I'm looking to try and get some custom caps for my bottles, the marker on the top wears off the real beer ones way too quick for my tastes, and putting labels on the front makes the cleaning process too long for me. Yes, the labels are easier and probably cheaper...but its just cool to have your own custom caps (esp for all the collectors out there).

Thanks for any help you all can lend me.

I would be very interested in hearing the answer to this question as well...man custom bottle caps would be cool! I wonder what a minimum order would be?

Yes, custom caps would be cool, but probably expensive unless you bought 10,000 at a time...
I use masking tape.
I roll out about 2 - 20 inch strips across the cutting board, press the ends down so they don't roll up on me, decide on a decent abbreviation for the beer and write it as many times as will fit with a fine tip "sharpie" permanent marker. I try to keep them under an inch long.
Then score the tape with a knife, peel off the "labels" and stick away.
It's really fast, and the masking tape peels right off after you've rinsed your bottle.
