Shaftebury Brewing?

I had a discussion with a couple of friends of mine who live here in Seattle (but originally from Vancouver, B.C.) and they were talking about a very heavy winter beer produced by Shaftebury Brewing in Surrey (or right near there), which one of them went as far as to say it was the best beer she ever had. I figured that I would do a little digging to find out some more info on the beer/brewery, but, according to what I found, the brewery was closed in 1999. Does anyone know if the Shaftebury Beers are still beinf brewed and if so, by whom. I am hoping to venture across the border for this beer, and hopefully it is still being made. If it isn't does anyone know when production stopped on it?

Icould swear that I have seen Shaftebury beer in stores within the last few months. If the brewery was closed in 1999 at least I know not to buy any more of that stuff...at least now that it's 5 years old.
