This my all time favorite beer to drink at home and at the bar. I thought it was time to pick up a new hobby. And that was making beer. I made my first Beligan Ale, which will be done in another 2 weeks. Ttotal time for that was 1month 3 weeks along time for a beer, but Hacker Pschorr was made the same way a period of months not like some cheap beer aged by weeks. I want to know is, does anyone have a clone for this good beer. Maybe some people dont like this beer but I sure love it a lot, and I want to start making this beer Wed. This will be my 3rd beer I made then I have a Samuel Adams Boston Lager in secondary right now. I have plently of 6 gallons buckets how does 10 sounds. Any ideas of where to get this clone beer that Hacker has been making since 1417. Made in Munich, Germany, it a light color wheat beer but with one hell of a punch. You can find this beer at stores, bar almost anywhere.
