I should be studying. next round of midterms are next week, but I have reached maximum capacity for a while. I decided the best thing to do would be to "cull the herd" a bit ala Cliff Clavens Buffalo Theory.

So then i figured, well if I am going to blow of studying for the rest of the evening, I might as well do it in style. The wife and I are sharing a bottle of Marin Brewing Star Brew 2450 triple wheat. This stuff is very tasty. For those of you who havent had the pleasure of this fine drink I highly reccomend it.

I have also pulled a bottle of Rogues' Santas' Private Reserve, and a bottle of Stones 7th Anniversary Ale.

That oughta take care of those slow brain cells. Help the pack move on to greener pastures :D

Get studying young man! That test isn't going to take itself! :D

Seriously, I'm glad to see you taking a little time to enjoy a couple/few beers. Keeps one sane.

Marin used to have a sterling reputation although I do not think I have sampled one of their beers.

Are these Marin beers from the brewpub near Corte Madera? Or is this a different company altogether? I remember the Marin County Brewpub, or whatever it was called, as having some very good brew. Nice part of the world too.

I think it is in Larkspur. All I know as last time I was in San Francisco everyone kept asking if I'd been to Marin yet. Sadly I never made it there.

Marin is just North of the Goldane Gate bridge. I am assuming that the brewery resides over there. I have not been dissapointed with a single beer of theirs that I have tried.
