Hi, all......haven't been on the board a lot lately, it's good to see most of you are still here. I am brewing a honey ale Tuesday using White Labs Kolsch yeast. I don't have promash or anything & was wondering if one of you could be kind enough to quickly calculate a target OG for me:
6 lbs. 2 row pale malt
1 lb. wheat malt
2 1/2 lbs. honey
5 AAU Hallertau hops @ 60 min.
I think the efficiency of my system is at least 75%.
I think I supplied the right info. Thanks in advance, folks!!

Most excellent!!! Thank you very much, FastEddy. I was hoping my OG would not be over 1.060----doesn't sound like it will be. Thanks again!!
