Remember in Junior High or High School when someone would come up to you and say "I know somebody who likes you!" and you would reply, "Who?" They would then say, "I can't tell you."? It's kinda like that.

Yeah, but this is worse because it's about beer and beer is much more important than girls. ;)

I didn't want to say because I dont want anyone to abuse this information but I guess.
As you might remember I wrote a post a while ago about a bad beer. I am currently working to become a certified beer judge and I decided to write new belgium and ask them what had happened.
Mandy Miller from Quality Assureance wrote me back within a day and we figured out that the beer was bad due to a improper sealing crown cap. She flagged the beers ID and checked for any similiar complaints.
Now that is more I expected. I had one bad beer in a case of 12. But there is more.
Incluuded in the information she requested was my shirt size and how much I paid for the case ($14.00)
I recieved just yesterday via fedex a package containing a New belgium sticker, a check for 20$ and a T-shirt for fat tire.
So a toast to New Belgium

That is very cool that they would do that. It says a lot about them as a company that they care about their customers.

Mandy Miller huh? what was her number?
Just kidding.
Very cool of them to do that. Next trip to the paint store and I will pick up some of their beer to show my support.

Yeah! I like their Trippel. I think I'll pick up a sixer of that for this occasion.

That's cool!
New Belgium is such a cool company. They're extremely environment friendly (wind-power, tons of recycling and natural light). They're also very employee friendly as well. Employees get free beer, a fat tire type cruiser bike at a year and a trip to Belgium at 5 years IIRC.
