What time zone is governing the voting? I signed on at about 10:00pm tonight (the 16th) and couldn't vote for the first round of beers.
While I am pretty disapointed on missing out, I am happy to see that most of my choices won anyway (Bridgeport IPA, Rogue Brutal Bitter, and Sierra Nevada all being favorites, along with GLB Edmund Fitz for next round), but I wish I could have voted...
Pyramid Snow Cap beat Deschutes Jubeale:eek:
That's tough to take.

It's hard to belive the Snow Cap beat the Jubelale. IMO, the Snow Cap this year was pretty bad. The bottle I had was autolyzed. The Jubelale was pretty tasty. That is tough to take.

I was surprised about the Pyramid as well.
I'm happy NBB Abbey and Arrogant Bastard won. I would have liked to have seen Anchor OSA win over SN Celebration.

My thoughts too... I live soo close to the brewery and to be let down.
Atleast they expanded the brewery, next year expect a better beer from them. Not that this one wasn't great.

I like most every Pyramid beer that I have tried, with the exception of the Snow Cap. The last version I had was the 2003. I passed on it this year.
