1 can extra light LME 1 can wheat LME
1 lbs. pale malt DME
1 lbs. BRITIAN pale grain 1/4 lbs. chocolate grain
1 tsp. gypsum
1 cup corn sugar
1 oz. perle hops (pellets) boiling 7.6
1 oz. cluster (pellets) 7.3 flavoring
1 0z. haullter ( whole) 4.0 last 2 min of boil and 10 min steep
1 tsp irish moss last 15 min
1 pkg od safale s-04 ale yeast


let me know how this sounds asa a recipe

Hmmm... using british grains with noble hops? What are you going for? A Porter? A mild? A bock? A wiezenbock? I'd go with a pilsner malt or some other lager malt if I were using those hops.
In any case, I'd throw in about 1/2# of crystal malt, too.
Also, that looks like it will be a bit on the hoppy side, espeicially with all the wheat and corn sugar.

Don't get me wrong, though.... That recipe could make some fine beer.

I've not used wheat & chocolate in the same recipe but Go 4 it! The only change I would make is to not use the corn sugar. It bumps up the alcohol just a bit but at the expense of a slightly dry finish. But if thats what you are looking for... Cool! Keep good notes and if you like it, you can always make it again in the future. :)
