hi everyone...im going to be brewing a stout this week and i want to do something different than the normal stout, does anyone have any suggestions for good or interesting brewing adjuncts (aside from outmeal), ive been considering coffee or maybe a fruit? any advise is appreciated? thanks

unsweetend or mexican chocolate can be good.

how about a hint of coffee at the end of the boil?

A friend at work brewed a double chocolate stout for his first batch and used a quarter pound of coffee in it. It turned out Great!! It had a little bit of a bitter edge from the coffee but the chocolate smoothed it out quite well. I was going to try that, too, but I chickened out.
