That guy has a kick ass setup and one hell of a patient wife. I like the direct fire kettle, boils in no time and maintain a good rolling boil throughout, the ice bath for the chiller is a nice thing as well.

I alsodig that it is all plumbed together. That is what I am working on this summer. After 5 years of manifolds and diverter panels in the brewery I am having one built for home. It just makes things much easier.
