British Mild

Does anyone have a recipe for a good British Mild? I've been looking for a decent recipe to use when my budget is a bit low, so I'm looking in the 1.035 area.

I use extract (generally DME), and some specialty grains.

Any recipes will be greatly appreciated.

Frodo Baggins Brown

5 Lbs Malt extract (Or less, I use liquid and it pound for pound is less efficent)
3 cups brown sugar
.5 Lbs 60L Crystal
.5 40L Crystal
6 oz Chocolate malt
Irish moss
1.75 oz Kent goldings
.6 oz Fuggles
English ale yeast

Boil:
80 min Kent golding
5 min Fuggles
5 min Irish moss
