I would like to hear about your experince with this. I have been making seperate starters with each yeast strain then pitching them together at the same time. I try to make sure the strains I pick are compatable not only in taste but in temp, floculation and attenuation. This works although I dont know if it is the best way. One thought I had was pitching them at diferent times based on alcohol tolerance, basically the less tolerant strain first. Though I have not tried that method.
Have you tried multiple yeast strains? what was your method? Any tips for me?
Thanks
