I have seen a kit for sale at Austin's Homebrew

If you haven't already, you should also check any potential Dead Guy clone recipe against the info listed on Rogue's website. They list generally the grains and hops, so at least that will give you some guidelines. They may also give you the OG.
Rogue calls their yeast "pacman," which is rumored to be Brewtek's Cl-50. Like me, I doubt you want to culture your yeast up from a slide. Not sure the best sub for Cl-50. I have heard that wyeast 1272 is similar, but maybe someone else knows more.
