I will be in Anaheim the rest of this week. Can anyone recommend a good brew pub or tavern within a decent walk from the Convention Center?

Thanks,

Kevin

well if you walk over by the pond, across the street from thte pond is a brewery but im not sure the name but im pretty sure it's still there. thats a decent walk, about a mile or 2...i think.
if you can make it to the block off of the 22 and the 57 / 5 there's an alcatraz brewery there, not sure if it still is but you might wana call first. i haven't been to a brewery or pub in anaheim in over a year! your better off taking the 55 down till it ends in coata mesa and hitting the goat hill tavren!
cheers

JT Schmid's is the brewpub across from The Pond. Nice place, cute wait staff, the beer is decent but it ain't nuthin' special. Hey, it's Anaheim, whaddaya expect?

Alcatraz is still there but don't bother.
