Everyone,
I just received my kegs.
They came pressurized so I relieved the pressure off of each keg and opened them up to check for cleanliness.
They were very clean but they did have an ounce or two of solution in them.
Currently, I have them sitting upside down to dry and plan on storing them this way. I will simply rinse them and sanitize prior to kegging.
From the many threads that I have read; brewers store them pressurized with sanitizer and the fact that they were shipped to me this way leads me to believe that I should do so.
Is this method a must or a convenience?
If it is a must I’ll have to make time this week to get my co2 tank filled and the system going earlier than anticipated.
