I just bottled on sunday
It was in secondary for a whopping 4 weeks.
I really like to leave beer in secondary for a long time
It helps it be drinkable right out of secondary if you want.
I have drank three bottles already, and it isn't even carbonated, but it is still delicious

It has a hard bitter bite and a thin mouth feel, but smooth slightly fruity finish from the Weihenstephan Weizen yeast. It tastes like a good bittersweet apple.

i am really happy with it, I wish I could put it on a casktap, I don't want the carbonation to go much further, but I fear in another week it will be at full carbonation and too bubbly.
