wow whats the deal with this. it would be neat to get good brew in something like this, if it worked well. lord knows i would be all about it, tho the gf would probably freak.
i love where the article says "always keeps the compact 4-litre keg at the right temperature"
they probably mean half a degree from freezing.

Has anyone actually seen one of these setups? I would be interested in if we could fill it with real beer???

I wonder if it's just a specialized fridge for mini-kegs... http://www.northernbrewer.com/mini-kegs.html
did anyone look at the lower left hi-res pic? there's a glass sitting on the drip tray that's over half foam, plus the one he's pouring is almost all foam. Makes me want to run right out and get one....

Still, seems to be a nice idea. Would be great if other breweries would make them.

Gotta wonder if this contraption makes Heineken a little tastier than the run-of-the-mill bottle?
Student - the Heinie bottle actually used to instruct serving at 45 degrees (F). Though I haven't had one in a long time, I do remember it tasting better (or actually having flavor) when served at the right temp. Still not as good as other beers in the same style, but better than a Heineken Pop-Cycle as is often served!
