Reef cask tonight (12 Feb 2004)

Tonight The Reef is proud to be serving Dominion's Cask 89. This beer is a medium bodied English style amber. Brewed with Caramel 20, and Black malts, it is balanced with Perle, Hallertau Hersbrucker, Willamette, Tettnang, and Kent Golding hops.

It's got me curious. Seems like a lot of hops, but we'll see how it goes down.

One of these days I'll make it down for the cask beers. Been down in Fredericksburg for most of the week at a brewery collectables show. Lots of good beer there too.
