Interesting....I do really enjoy a good bock, especially a good dopplebock. Weekend after our family's annual Mardi Gras party, though....I might still be recovering!

Will do...I believe it is tradition to raise a glass on the equinox; toasting the "official" end of the Upper Midwest winter is always the right thing to do!
