...why aren't you supposed to squeeze out your grain? What gets into your beer that you don't want?

tannins! Squeeze the grain and you will get them as well as some other proteins that you do not want to go over.

No SCAM..... isn't that a fair trade? Of course you'd have to trave to Nashville... and I'm not sure I'd wish that on anyone. :D
