Well, I finished my honey brown and will be bottling a pale ale on Tuesday. I need to get another brew started. What should I do? Am I ready for all-grain yet or is it too early? Anyone have any ideas of good recipes I could try?

IMO, as soon as you can do an extract batch, from brewing to bottling, without consulting any references then you're ready to try all grain.
I'd suggest a stout for your next recipe.

my feeling on when it is time to go to all grain is when you are either bored of extract or you are compelled to go to the next level.

Ah, Grasshopper. :D The age old question. When to go all grain? (JK)
I have been brewing for about 3 1/2 years. The last 1 to 1 1/2 doing mini/part mash. The time to go all grain is when you feel ready. No one on these boards or anywhere else can tell you that. I would only recommend to hook up with someone and sit in on an all grain session. That way you get an idea of the process, equipment and the time it takes. It takes a good portion of the day to do. I know my typical mini mash batch can go about 4 hours from start of mash to pitching yeast.
In regards to your other inquiry, stout or porter are always good choices.
