Its another great HomeBrew (aren't they all?) and I its the first time I have used the bottles which are probably 15 years old + and are from France. Unusual 1/3 liter size.

2 oz Cascade pellets (about 12.5 HBU)
1 plug Goldings- for dry hopping (left in carboy for 7 days)
ESB London Ale Yeast from Wyeast Labs (Pitchable tube)
put crushed malt in a grain bag, submerged in 2 gal cold h2o.
Brought to a boil, removed bag and squeezed juice out, rinsed through w 4 cups cold h2o. Add grain juice and rinsings into wort.
Turned off burner, added DME, brown sugar, and water salts. Brought to a boil
Added Cascade hops.
Boiled for another 30 minutes.
Chilled down to 80 F and pitched yeast.
OG 1.055 @ 80 F
