View Full Version : Wyeast 1388 ?

Anyone used this? Belgian Strong Ale yeast. I brewed with it 2 weeks ago and transferred to secondary last Sunday. Beer is very cloudy. I know it's a low flocculating yeast, but seems it would have cleared up a little by now. I normally keep my brews in secondary for 2 weeks, but maybe longer with this one.

Not worried, just curious. It tastes really good.

Anyone with similar experience with this yeast?
