Anyone know of any websites that have beer label templates on them?

and I've gotten blank beer sized labels from this store, not sure which packet, I can tell you when I get home from. It's hard to tell dimensions from the web pics:

I have ordered from them before. While they were expensive, the labels turned out very nice.

I just use a template in Microsoft Publisher. It's good enough for me and I import he picture you see under my username onto the label to give it a personal touch. Of couse, I didn't come up with that picture (I "saved target as" from some website) but haven't seen it in any actual use anywhere else so it feels like mine. Of course if I tried use that picture on a label for product for sale, someone would be after me for copywrites. Otherwise I don't think anyone should really care what pictures I put in my own fridge.

Was the template already in publisher, and if not, would you be willing to email me a copy of the template file?

Yeah the template was already in publisher. go through the wizard, pick labels, the one I use is the one with the big white diamand shape right in the middle where most of the print is. I deleted the default logo and put my own graphic there. I just change the colors and names on the same template as I go so not too much to it.

I used to print them on shipping label, but man are those hard to get off a glass bottle. I've read somewhere that someone used gluestick (like those little kids use in art and crafts) with regular paper and that it gets the job done comes off easily with water. Haven't tried yet but will on the run. Regular paper is cheaper too.
