Wanna start my 2nd homebrew. I'm looking for a good IPA recipe. Anyone have a good one, for a new brewer to try?

A great resource for recipes on line is Cats meow. You can check them out at http://brewery.org/brewery/cm3/CatsMeow3.html
Thing to keep in mind is that it is a public forum. If a recipe doesnt seem right for the desired effect it may not be. That said it is a great resource.

the best IPA i have made was a speciality kit from Wine and Hop Shop (http://www.wineandhop.com/indexBeer.shtml) call Rajah I.P.A.
Sorry I can't give you the ingrediants because I didn't right them down. BUT I would suggest that whatever recipe you use you boil a few oak chips in your wort for a bit of 'cask' flavor.
I am still drinking this beer from this kit and everyone who has tasted it has really liked it. Try it and you'll be hooked.
