Alternative Use For Wyeast 3056 ?

Got an XL pak of 3056 sitting in the fridge and have decided not to do the wheat recipe I got it for at this time. What could I expect if I used it in a "std" ale or stout. ? ? ?

I suspect you would end up with a banana/clove flavored ale. You might be able to hide these flavors in a stout.
