I'm finishing the last little bit of the last bottle as I type. I'll be sad when it's gone - it's the best of my 11 batches so far.

Time to make some more and they just keep getting better. I am reminded of my Dad's favorite quote when asked what his favorite beer is, he responds "The one I just made".
