WHAT
Gordon Biersch will host a Brewers Dinner during Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival on Wednesday, May 11. The decadent five-course meal will have one of Gordon Biersch's signature beers served during each course. The menu includes crab and spicy ahi rolls, an upscale spinach salad, grilled bistro medallion, sea scallop and portabello medley, Schwarz marinated salmon with tempura asparagus and finished off with white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. Golden export, Czech Pilsner, Marzen, Schwarzbier and Hefeweizen are the beers that will be served at each course. Tickets may be purchased from the Coastal Uncorked website.
