So I'm not sure what kind of beer I'd like to do next.
I was not a huge fan of the 3522 yeast so I don't think I'm going to reuse the cake. I'll have 2 low ABV pale ales fermenting after tonight...so the question is what next?
Do you guys have any recipes you brew often, crowd favorites if you will?
If so, will you share em?

Looks like you are probably looking for a different style, but the only recipe I brew often is a SNPA Clone that was posted on here by Markaberrant from the NB forum. It's a recipe the brewmaster at SN helped with, and I actually have tweaked it in the past but found if you brew the exact recipe it's darn close. You need to adjust the grain bill for your system in order to hit 1.053 OG for the hop profile to be correct. Just make sure to keep the crystal around 8% of the grist.
Batch Size = 10 Gallon
Anticipated OG = 1.053
Anticipated FG = 1.012
Anticipated IBU = 37
ABV = 5.2%
Brewhouse Efficiency = 84%
Wort Boil Time = 70 minutes
Grain
17 lbs. Pale Malt (2-row)
1.5 lbs. Crystal 60L
Hops
1.0 oz. Magnum Pellet 13.60 AA (60 min.)
1.0 oz. Perle Pellet 7.70 AA (30 min.)
2.0 oz. Cascade Pellet 5.80 AA (10 min)
4.0 oz. Cascade Pellet 5.45 AA (Flameout)
Yeast
Wyeast 1056 or White Labs WLP001
Mash
Single Step
Temp = 153º for 60 min,
Mash Out = 168º for 10 min

You may like this one as well, i made this for a friend of mine that is a BMC drinker, and he liked it, i personally wasn't all that impressed it tasted to much like something you would get from a BMC beer company AND it is a bit light in color for my tastes. I did a 30 day primary, then a 30 day secondary and i also hit it with gelatin fining. I bottled it with 1/2 cup honey as the priming sugar.

I'm an extract brewer but I want to play too.
I've only brewed this once, but it will be a standard in my house from now on. I'd probably back off to 1.5 or 1.75 on the bittering hops. Everyone who has tried this beer loves it and says that it's differant from anything they've ever had.

Well I am definitely brewing the Chauvinist ale...it's sounds interesting!
but, SHMBO has spoken and wants a Belgian Wit...any recipe suggestions?
PS the Floriculture Green House at Uconn has a Seville Orange tree that is currently dropping fruit...it smells like orange blossoms outside the building...I'm gunna snag a few oranges and zest em into the brew at the end I think...

I should note, that due to the choice to add 4lbs of simple sugars (honey and Belgian candy sugar) I would add those 2 not to the boil but i would mix them with 1/4 gallon Boiled cooled water and add to the fermentor around day 4 to day 7, this way the yeast eats the more complex grain sugars first.

I've found that 1/2 oz of coriander is plenty in a wit. It can be overpowering and ruin an otherwise great beer. I also like the zest of a lime in mine.
Here's the last wit I brewed:
