Now THAT'S cool! I had no idea! Although I can't imagine wasting a perfectly good batch of homebrew by adding beano to it, it's very interesting to know that it really works!

Read the Beano link and it is interesting. I noticed the article failed to mention the tast of the Beano beer.

I have a buddy who has been brewign beano beer. He is an atkinite. Not one of them has even been tolerable to drink. I am not sure if it is the beano though. I have never had anything else from him.
