View Full Version : Your best Belgian wit recipe...
I am drinking a fine, ice-cold, Belgian Wit. The bubbles are beyond Anchor Steam complexity....Sweet and bitter Orange/ Coriander seed freshly crushed.....2 weeks primary/2 weeks secondary/10 days bottle carbonate/ 3 hours chill. This style is smooth!!!! Whats yer best recipe?

I really love it...took a little while to the flavours to mellow out. Plan on brewing this one up this weekend.
Wit's, Abbey and Hefes are some of my favourites!

I didn’t realize I blocked my email! I’ll remove that block ASAP.
I crush the coriander seed by putting it in a ziplock bag and pounding it with a rolling pin.
Sounds yummy! You'll have to let me know how the saaz goes with the other flavours.
