Kegerators

OK, newbie here. Just built a new home bar and want to be able to enjoy draft beer on a regular basis. I don't have a ton in the budget so I want to find the best bang for my buck. Need something on wheels, not a permanent under bar unit...any suggestions?

Under a bar, but movable? I have a chest freezer on casters for serving my homebrew but it's a real PITA to move, and not at all handy for commercial kegs.
Look into dorm fridges to see what will be big enough to hold a keg but still short enough to be mounted on wheels and still fit under your counter.
