I have always found it most advantageous to pour a weiss, or any other beer for that matter, down my throat. Having practiced the basic technique for quite a few of my younger years on non-beer comestible liquids, I found myself quite ready to make the leap into pouring beer in the same general direction. At this point I have the technique quite thoroughly mastered, and don't believe that any video can really help me improve this well-mastered art, nor convince me that there is any more appropriate place in which to pour a beer, though on occasion I will permit my friends to pour beers into their own throats. Pouring beer into any other location than a throat will continue to be considered in abysmally poor taste at my house, other than perhaps into a temporary conveyance, such as glassware, in a fairly direct and immediate path from beer storage vessel to said throat.
