Is it a common problem for a chest freezer to "sweat" I am getting condensation inside my freezer. Any ideas how to stop it?

yeah, it's a common problem, I'm sure it has something to do with us using them for something they weren't designed for. The only hint I have is to get some silicon caulking and seal up all the seams to keep them from rusting, because they will...

Adding some packets of dessicant might help. Like the ones they use to keep moisture away from new electronics gear, etc.

if you can get dessicant in the cat litter sized 20lb bags, maybe...
