I bottled my Spider Hole Stout man it is delicious. And it isn't even carbonated yet. I don't normally name my beers, but I brewed this the day they got Saddam. I got a chuckle out of it.

My Sore Loser Stout began life at 1.060 and it's been going like CRAZY. Here's hoping I get down tot 1.015 this time! My porter stalled at 1.020...

1.020 for a porter is good. Porters have alot more unfermentables in them to give them more flavors and character.
I did a "robust porter" from AHS that I transferred a few days ago, it is fantastic, I'm excited to get it into bottles.

1.020 is good, I know... it's just that the recipe called for 1.012 as a final! I just KNOW I killed the little yeasty beasties...
