Can anyone recommend a wheat yeast that does not produce a clove nose? I love cloves myself but the woman cant stand them, so no clove smell or flavor allowed! Any ideas?

Wyeast 1010 American Wheat won't give the clove. I've used it several times and love it.

Are there any that aren't American that don't have the clove nose/flavor?

No.
The American Wheat yeasts are offshoots based on Kolsch strains.
A good Kolsch strain (WLP0029 or WLP003 or Wyeast 2565) will make a very good American Wheat.
A British Ale yeast (WLP005 or WLP013 or Wyeast 1028 or 1187) will leave a fruity ester and no clove, either.

I'm looking for something that will be ready to drink young, like a normal wheat, but i plan to brew it stronger more towards an Imperial Wheat.
