Walking through the skeletal frame of her new brewery Wednesday morning, Jan Peters, vice president of the Fort Collins Brewery, can envision every aspect of the building.

Stepping through the frame of what will soon be the brewery's kitchen, Peters walks out onto the patio and gazes across Lincoln Avenue at Link-N-Green Golf Course, painting a mental picture of what the $4 million building will look like when it is completed in July.

The 30,000-square-foot brewery under construction at 1020 E. Lincoln Ave., right down the road from Odell Brewing Co., will include a 5,000-square-foot restaurant and 17,000-square-foot brewery when it opens to the public.
