I am a big fan of beer. My business partner and I are trying to start a business on the south part of Charlotte NC, that involves a brewery on site. nothing like on a huge scale. We were wondering if any one had any information for us. We ,originally, were looking at purchasing the 2-155 gallon tanked Beadle brewing systems out of Chapel Hill NC, but found nothing but negative reviews of its operations and beer. Ideally we would like to ask if any one offered a small system for sale like theirs that we could purchase for our business. Some more information about our business; we are trying to turn a historical property into a bed and breakfast with horse stables, and offer an out of door, open air, restaurant with a brewpub that would service both the on site guest and catered events.
