So if you were gonna brew it what yeast would you use for the following recipe? Your Personal Opinion if you were going to brew this at home,Chances are i will stick with Nottingham(but that isn't decided yet) but i am curious to see what yeast others would use and why? Cant wait for everyone's input!





6 lbs Wheat Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 63.16 %
2 lbs Oats, Malted (1.0 SRM) Grain 21.05 %
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 7.89 %
8.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 5.26 %
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 2.63 %
3.00 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] (60 min) Hops 35.9 IBU

Nottingham would work or maybe, if you want, the Cry Havoc yeast from White Labs WLP862. Then you could brew it as either a lager or an ale.
