Well my first batch in my new home is now in the fermenter awaiting fermentation. All went well, had a little trouble hitting my temps at first but I got over that and all was good. I brewed up an alt bier. There are a few things I need to figure out to help make the process more smooth here but all in all there was no major hardships.

Here is to hoping I just made a good alt!

Cheers!

Glad everything went well tweek. It's always a little stressful brewing in a new place. I'm sure your alt will be delicious.

Not quite settled in yet. Just out of boxes enough to brew :)

On a side note, I figured out a kink of sorts with brewing here. The insulation here is not quite as good as my previous places. At night it dropped way down and the ferment never got started. So the next morning I had to mess around with getting the temp up and it took off.
