Too bad BrewMonkey and Bruno no longer post. :(

I'd suggest you go hit Probrewer.com. There are probably some great threads on this topic over there.

GOOD LUCK!

Well, it ain't cheap (but if you're going to open a brewery, you'll be hearing that a lot) but there's The Brewers Association's Guide to Starting Your Own Brewery. (http://shop.beertown.org/brewers/product.asp?s_id=0&prod_name=The+Brewers+Association%27s+Guide+to+Sta rting+Your+Own+Brewery%2C+edited+by+Ray+Daniels&pf_id=3100_503&dept_id=3103)

wow, they must have raised the price. I know I didn't spend $80 when I bought that book.

I don't know, I've got an older edition (looks like the 4th printing, different, plain cover) that I found in a used book store. I thought it was overpriced at $8 ("Eight bucks for this thin paperback?") and was going to try to bargain with the owner, when I opened the back page and saw that it retailed for $80.00. The ads for their other publications like the Resource Guide date from 1995-96, so it looks like it's been that much, for non-members at least, for awhile.

maybe I did pay more than I thought for it. Guess I need to work on getting that brewpub opened to help pay for it. lol
