Just got my Weldless sight glass/ Thermometer kit for www.bargainfittings.net
$49 nice quality and to think I was going to get the $85 morebeer just sight glass. I guess it all worked out now if my damn quick connects would just hurry up....

Great link, thanks a lot. Now I feel like I need to change something on the brewery so I can buy parts. I love/hate this hobby.

Now I feel that I over spent! Interesting that the sanke pickup tube on the stainless set up (top far right) is not bent in a 90 degree angle. I bought the same thing from morebeer for more $ and it was also not bent to 90 degrees. I had to bend it to get the tube to go in the hole on the false bottom. It was a challenge not to put a kink in the tube. Wonder why it's like that?

Wayne is the guy doing it and it came packed up in ripped up phone book as packing material so I am guessing it's him in his garage. The quality is really good though. I had an old home made one that came on an old aluminum turkey fryer pot I was using as a hlt and it was a pos. That is why I was trying to spend the money on the morebeer one. but this looks just as nice. just no metal around the sight tube. ohwell. They are replacable and it's not like you move around your HLT much. Shipped the next day, great email contact. I wish I needed more from him.

I've bought parts from this guy, can't complain at all. High quality SS ball valves for the price. Grainger/MCarr is expensive.

Not bad pricing at all....don't get me worng, I can beat those prices, but only b/c I live in oil country and we have retailers locally who stock those parts...but I'd be hard pressed to beat the prices.
I'm considering his pickup tube kit...by the time I get it locally, I'll be paying right at the same price, and it might cost me a beer as well...
Now if he sold Q/Ds....

www.quickcouplings.net got the CPC plastic ones good till 250 degrees 10 sets for right around $130 but they haven't shown up yet and part is back ordered. But good price.
Nevermind just called them and the order all shipped together and is at my PO box at the post office.
Today is an exciting day.
