You'll be hard pressed to find 2gal recipes. Most are 5, and you can easily take 50% of those to make a 2.5gal batch, but specifically 2gal?
Half the fun of homebrewing is flying by the seat of your pants, throw stuff in a brewpot and see what comes out. If I were you, I'd take a 5gal extract recipe (there are many listed here in the recipes forum), cut it in half and only use 2 gal of water. Theoretically, you'll just get a higher ABV and potentially bigger flavors. You could always adjust the hops downward if you prefer something a little less bitter.

I have halfed 5 gallon kits for my Mr. Beer fermenters. Not exactly half. I use math and a kitchen scale to figure out the ratios.
You want 2 gallons out of 5 so that is two fifths or 2/5
2 divided by 5 is .40 or 40%
2 Mr. Beer batches uses 40%x2 or 80% of a 5 gallon kit
Take 80% of your ingredients and divide that in half for 2 Mr. Beer fermenters.
Ta Da!
So two of the same 5 gallon kits will get you exactly 5 Mr. Beer fermenters full of beer!
