Cooking With Beer

I am sure many of you have cooked with beer, or at least enjoyed meals where the main dish was cooked with beer (for flavoring), but how many have suggested to others that they try it. I feel this is an ideal way to interest others into shifting over to our fine micro brews. Just MHO.
